Advanced Professional Qualifications for Business Change Professionals
The skill sets of change are vitally important to a modern organisation; the rapidly
transforming global economy places Change as a core competence alongside more traditional
business skills as an instrument of organisational survival. For this reason the
“Advanced Professional Qualifications for Business Change Professionals”, a suite
of training and development programmes developed by David Lyneham-Brown of BPTGroup
in co-operation with Richard Johnson of Charnwood Management Centre, is offered
to individuals and organisations to structure the development of their business
change expertise.
The Advanced Professional Qualifications for Business Change Professionals (APQBCP)
is the successor programme to an earlier training and qualification system launched
in 1995 which was adopted by some UK banks and other organisations to structure
the development of their business change teams. As part of the International Association
of Business Process Management (IABPM) the BPTGroup is actively engaged in developing
a global accreditation system for business change professionals.

18 months.

Advanced Professional DIPLOMA
in Business Enterprise Architecture
Delegates can take individual modules purely for the knowledge and insight offered
or they can, for a small additional registration and assessment fee, submit a post-course
project that will be assessed and, when of the required standard, certified by both
the BPTGroup, and as the programme unfolds, by Edexcel, our accrediting agency.
The first module, the “Core Skills of Business Analysis & Process Design” was formally
accredited in November 2006 and the next four modules are currently in submission.
Much more information on the accreditation process is available but delegates attending
our programme of Business Change modules can rest assured that they are all delivered
to the standards required by the accrediting agency.
The BPTGroup is dedicated to providing a broad range of training and educational
opportunities to the business change community for the purpose of helping individuals
and organizations achieve the highest possible level of success in their business
