We see this as an excellent way of tracking the development of process transformation practice around the world, accessing in-depth case studies that follow the evolutionary development of various organisation’s approaches to introducing process practice.

Collectively, our partners have proven expertise in many established aspects of process, including modelling, simulation and application development and the wider area of business change management. They also share a determination to enable their clients to balance the transformation ingredients of strategy, process, people and technology in the structured evolution of their ultimate goal – enterprise-wide process regimes with the customer at the core of both their strategic vision and the operational processes themselves.

• We are actively training our partner’s staff to deliver BPTGroup accredited and introductory courses.
• Once trained, they can use our manuals but deliver in their own languages; in some cases they are translating the manual into their language.

Hypermedia Technologies is a Brazillian consulting company specializing in Business Process Management, ITIL and IT Infrastructure. Hypermedia has formed an agreement with the international organisation BPTGroup (www.BPTG.org) to provide training, educational and development programmes on business process management in Brazil, under the BPTGroup licence.
