Rose Butler - at the hub of everything that is the BPTGroup Rose, as senior administrator and financial manager, is at the leading edge of our relationships with clients and members. Besides the years of financial and administration experience, Rose has attended several process conferences and seminars to meet and better understand the requirements of clients and members at first hand. She has also attended the BPM practitioner programme as a delegate and as a result understands many of the issues and enquiries when dealing with enquiries from past, present and prospective clients.

Jim Baird - with over 20 years experience in Business Process Management, Requirements Analysis, Project Management, Training and IT, Jim’s expertise has been honed in manufacturing, financial services, distribution, pharmaceuticals, and computer industries, as well as in the government sector. Having spent 15 years as a professor of Information Systems Studies in Canada, Jim consults in Business Process Management and Requirements Analysis. He has wide experience as a project manager and his skills as a trainer, educator an accredited BPTGroup Coach are evidenced by delegate approvals as he delivers the BPTGroup process transformation and management programme in North America, Australia and anywhere he can get to before David beats him to it.

Mark McGregor - long experienced in the fields of process modelling and process applications development and marketing, Mark was an early exponent of the comprehensive framework of process-centric change that became 8 Omega.

As one of the key members of the BPTG Advisory Board Mark will also work with BPTG CEO David Lyneham-Brown on strategy for the group. In addition to being an accredited BPTGroup Coach and continuing to deliver training internationally he intends to develop his role as a global ambassador for the BPTGroup and pursue the process revolution into its next incarnation. Mark & David will also be continuing their cooperation on the further development and expansion of the structure and reach of the 8 Omega Framework.

Philip Atkinson - specialises in strategic cultural and behavioural change. For the last twenty years he has been engaged as a consultant supporting companies in strategic development, organisational design, business expansion due diligence, post acquisition integration, quality management and culture change. He regularly presents at conferences and workshop sessions and has written seven books on change management and his articles are regularly published in a number of management journals.

Pieter Steyn - has been involved in process reengineering and automation since 1997 in multiple roles, from insurance specialist to process modelling, solutions architecture and systems development.

Since 2000 Pieter has specialised in workflow and document management, and as principal consultant was responsible for ensuring the quality of business process design and implementation across multiple Business Process Management programmes. He has completed training with BPMG and Dr. Michael Hammer, and has developed and run several internal and external training courses.

Pieter works with a niche provider of business consultancy and technology services, specialising in business process management, enterprise content management and enterprise architecture.

Pieter is a lead associate of the Business Process Transformation Group and has taken responsibility for the future development of the Technology section of the BPTG website. He will be involved in the future development of the 8 Omega Framework.

Richard “Dick” Johnson - is an experienced trainer / consultant and HR professional specialising in management and employee development, employee relations, organisation performance, organisational change and management coaching. Capable of working alone or as part of an in-house team, with a good all-round knowledge of functional structures and the logic of business processes he has an excellent track record of working with senior managers, professionals in training and operations colleagues to deliver successful change and organisational improvement.
